Grapes were sourced from the Baker Vineyards at the Crescent Renmark. The fertile black clay and dry climatic conditions have produced fruit of great quality and intensity. Following the modern Australian Chardonnay style oak usage and malolactic fermentation has been wound back. This has produced a crisper more elegant Chardonnay.

This Chardonnay greets you with an aromatic bouquet of bright stone fruit and zesty citrus. Light French oak contact introduces subtle savoury spice nuances that adds complexity and texture to this wine. Crisp  natural acidity balances the flavours leaving a luscious smooth mouthfeel.

Perfectly paired with grilled or fried fish, grilled octopus, calamari or roast chicken.
